Ingredients
  

Paneer

  • 4 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Indian cottage cheese (paneer), cut into thick rectangles
  • Oil for grilling

Spicy Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/3 cup Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • Salt to taste

Mango Salsa

  • 2 Mango chopped
  • 1/4 – 1/8 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno finely chopped
  • 1 Small Red Pepper chopped
  • 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste

Tacos

  • 14-15 Tortillas
  • 3/4 cup Purple Cabbage sliced

Instructions
 

Prepare the Paneer

  • In a bowl, mix tandoori masala, red chili powder, and 2 tbsp oil.
  • Add the paneer rectangles and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  • Heat oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
  • Grill the paneer pieces until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Set aside.

Make the Spicy Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

  • In a blender, combine jalapeño, coriander, pepper, EVOO, lemon juice, and yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
