  • 1 1-ounce scoop vanilla protein powder,
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cucumber chopped,
  • 2 celery stalks chopped, 1
  • teaspoon spirulina
  • ½ small banana small is best,
  • 1 ¼ cups liquid unsweetened plant based milk or water.


  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
