Ingredients
- 1 ounce Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1 small Banana frozen
- 1 tbsp Ginger fresh
- 1 tbsp Turmeric fresh
- ½ tbsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tbsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed ground
- 1 ¼ cups Milk unsweetened plan based
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
Notes
NUTRITION TIP: Omit the pumpkin puree if you want to keep the smoothie low on carbs.
