- 1 Cauliflower medium, head of cauliflower
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 Garlic Cloves Sliced
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- 1 Bay Leaves
- 1-2 Chilli Pepper sliced (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
Prepare the Brine
- In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, salt, and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Remove from heat.
Pack the Cauliflower
- Place cauliflower florets into a clean, sterilized jar.
- Add garlic slices, black peppercorns, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, red pepper flakes, bay leaf, and sliced chili peppers.
