Flavorful Paneer Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Paneer cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
  • 4 Large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1/2 cup Cumcumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved

Instructions
 

Prepare the Paneer Filling:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add paneer strips and sauté until lightly
    golden.
  • Sprinkle with cumin powder, turmeric
    powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add sliced bell pepper and onion. Sauté
    until veggies are tender. Set aside.

Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice,
    chopped coriander, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Warm tortillas according to package
    instructions.
  • Spread yogurt sauce evenly over each
    tortilla.
  • Layer with mixed salad greens, cucumber
    slices, cherry tomatoes, and the paneer
    filling.
  • Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick
    if needed.
