Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
- 4 Large Tortillas
- 1 cup Mixed Salad Greens
- 1/2 cup Cumcumber thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
Instructions
Prepare the Paneer Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add paneer strips and sauté until lightlygolden.
- Sprinkle with cumin powder, turmericpowder, salt, and pepper.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion. Sautéuntil veggies are tender. Set aside.
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice,chopped coriander, salt, and pepper.
