Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tomatoes medium, chopped
  • 2 Carrots medium, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Onion small, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Fresh Coriander a handful, for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper optional, for added spice
  • Cream optional, for extra richness

Instructions
 

Sauté the Vegetables

  • Heat a pot with a teaspoon of oil or butter.
  • Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the carrots and tomatoes. Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened.

Simmer the Soup

  • Pour in 2 cups of water (or vegetable stock for added flavor).
  • Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the carrots and tomatoes are fully cooked.

Blend to Perfection

  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then transfer it to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Strain the soup for a silky texture (optional).

Season and Garnish

  • Return the blended soup to the pot.
  • Add cumin powder and salt, adjusting to taste. Bring it to a gentle boil.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
