- 3 Tomatoes medium, chopped
- 2 Carrots medium, peeled and chopped
- 1 Onion small, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- Fresh Coriander a handful, for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper optional, for added spice
- Cream optional, for extra richness
Sauté the Vegetables
Heat a pot with a teaspoon of oil or butter.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the carrots and tomatoes. Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened.
Blend to Perfection
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then transfer it to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Strain the soup for a silky texture (optional).
Season and Garnish
Return the blended soup to the pot.
Add cumin powder and salt, adjusting to taste. Bring it to a gentle boil.
