- 1 cup Moringa Leaves fresh or or 2 tbsp moringa powder
- 1 Onion medium-sized, finely chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 Tomato medium sized, chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil or coconut oil
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups Vegetable Broth or water
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnish
Prepare the Base
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until aromatic.
