Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cabbage medium-sized, chopped
  • 2 Celery Stalks finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 Onion medium-sized, chopped
  • 1-2 Green Chili finely chopped (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Water or vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Wash and chop the cabbage, celery, onion, and green chilies. Mince the ginger.

Sauté the Aromatics

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ginger, onion, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent and fragrant.

Cook the Soup
