Chocolate Oats + Zuchini

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Oats rolled
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ½ Zucchini small
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Chocolate Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan bring oats, water, and zucchini to a boil.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes or until the oats are soft.
  • Stir in the powdered peanut butter until it’s evenly mixed.

Notes

NUTRITION TIP: Add a scoop of protein powder plus a bit more water to turn these “zoats” into “proats,” aka protein oatmeal.
STORAGE TIP: This will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator; however, for the best texture, it should be enjoyed right after cooking.
