Our Avocado Chutney blends the smooth richness of ripe avocados with the fresh flavors of cilantro, mint, and a kick of green chilies. It’s the perfect accompaniment for snacks, sandwiches, or grilled dishes. Plus, it’s quick, healthy, and incredibly versatile!
- 2 Avocado` riped, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Cilantro leaves fresh
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
- 2 Green Chilies (adjust to taste )
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Clove garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed for consistency
Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and pit the avocados. Roughly chop the cilantro, mint, garlic, and ginger to make blending easier.
Blend the Chutney: In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cilantro, mint, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Adjust the Consistency: Add a little water to achieve your desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker chutney, use less water.
Season to Taste: Add salt to taste and blend again to mix.
Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and garnish with extra cilantro or mint if desired. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
