Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger fresh
  • 1 cup Spinach frozen
  • ½ cup Pineapple store bought chopped frozen chunks
  • 1 ¼ cups Milk unsweetened plant-based milk or water.
  • 1 in Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.
  • Process at high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.

Notes

SUBSTITUTION TIP: Mango can be substituted for pineapple and tastes just as delicious.
STORAGE TIP: Does not store well and is best enjoyed immediately or in a few hours.
