For the Salad

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Apple florets
  • 1/4 cup Wallnut chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries dried

For the dressing

  • 2 tbsp Vegan Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt or Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli florets, thinly sliced apple, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetarian mayo, yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
