Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Paneer crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Potato Mashed
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 1 Green Chili Optional
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch or Rice Flour
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix crumbled paneer and mashed potatoes.
  • Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chili, and ginger paste. Mix well.
  • Stir in cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • Add cornstarch or rice flour to bind the mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into round, flat tikkis.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
  • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
